01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided through jili13.net (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and jili13 (the "Operator").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jili13 platform. Continuing to use jili13 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Important: These Terms apply to all users of jili13 regardless of location, though jili13 is specifically designed for Philippine residents. Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited is entirely at your own risk.
02 Eligibility & Age Verification
To use jili13, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be legally allowed to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing jili13 from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jili13 or any associated entity.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
jili13 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing withdrawals or when there is reasonable suspicion of policy violation. Accounts that fail to pass verification checks may be restricted or closed.
We take underage gambling extremely seriously. If we reasonably suspect that an account holder is under 18, we will immediately suspend the account and investigate. Any funds held in underage accounts will be handled in accordance with Philippine regulatory requirements.
03 Account Registration & Security
Each individual may hold only one registered account at jili13. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information, including but not limited to name, date of birth, or contact details, may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili13 login credentials. jili13 will never request your password by any means. You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password for your jili13 account.
- Never share your login credentials with any other person.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Notify jili13 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
All activity conducted through your jili13 account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have formally notified us of unauthorised access in writing before such activity occurred.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions at jili13 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard.
Deposits are credited to your jili13 account promptly upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Your jili13 account must have passed identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name — we do not process third-party withdrawals.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published on the platform.
- jili13 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification or investigation of suspected policy breach.
- Funds deposited using a specific payment method may, where technically possible, be returned to that same method before alternative withdrawal channels are used.
jili13 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check with GCash, Maya, or your bank for their applicable charges.
05 Betting Rules
All bets placed at jili13 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport, market, and event type in addition to these general Terms. Market-specific rules are published on the platform and apply to all users equally.
General betting rules applicable to all sports and markets at jili13 include:
- All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
- jili13 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrectly published price due to technical error or human error in odds entry. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
- In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules published on the platform. Generally, stakes are returned for void events unless a specific result has already been determined.
- Maximum winnings per bet and per event may apply. These limits are published on the platform and may vary by sport, market, and bet type.
- Live betting odds are updated in real time. jili13 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any point during an event at our discretion.
- Bets suspected of being placed with knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other corruption will be voided and reported to relevant authorities.
jili13 applies decimal odds as the default format across all markets. The implied probability and potential payout are clearly displayed before bet confirmation on the platform.
06 Bonuses & Promotions
jili13 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered users from time to time. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms — including eligible games or markets, wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bonus amounts — which are published alongside the offer.
General bonus terms applicable to all jili13 promotions:
- Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period. Bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited.
- Withdrawals requested before wagering requirements are met may result in the forfeiture of active bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds.
- jili13 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of material changes.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting to arbitrage bonus terms, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
- jili13's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final.
07 Responsible Gaming

08 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jili13 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Users found to have engaged in any prohibited activity may have their account suspended or permanently closed, funds withheld pending investigation, and relevant information reported to appropriate authorities.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or interact with the jili13 platform in ways not intended for human users.
- Participating in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or providing inside information to gain an unfair advantage in betting.
- Money laundering, fraud, or using jili13 to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
- Using someone else's payment method or identity to fund or withdraw from a jili13 account.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the jili13 platform or its underlying systems.
- Any form of coordinated or syndicated betting designed to exploit pricing errors or manipulate betting markets.

09 Intellectual Property
All content on jili13.net — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and platform interfaces — is the property of jili13 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jili13 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from jili13 without prior written consent from the Operator.
10 Limitation of Liability
jili13 provides the platform and its services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:
- jili13 is not liable for any loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
- jili13 is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet outages, and force majeure events.
- jili13's total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11 Account Suspension & Closure
jili13 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
- Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to pass identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
- Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see platform for details).
- Self-exclusion request by the account holder.
- Direction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
You may close your jili13 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure — after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12 Amendments to These Terms
jili13 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform or via registered contact details. Minor changes — such as corrections or clarifications — may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of jili13 following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
13 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
